Here're the detailed steps:
1. I created a private channel via Modern Administrator as below. So I add Madoc Huang to this private channel.
To solve the trouble, you may try to bank check the permissions of the afflicted channel through SharePoint.
You tin follow the following steps:
a) Every bit a possessor of the private channel, click on the channel > Files > Open up in SharePoint. The aqueduct SharePoint window volition prove up.
b) Click on Settings > Site permission > Advanced permissions settings.
c) Check if the Permission Levels of private aqueduct members is Contribute . If not, click Edit Permissions to assign the Contribution to them > OK.

Cheers Madoc, I ran into a similar scenario recently. In my case the user who could not upload files to the Individual aqueduct in Teams already had Owner Permissions.
The following steps provide a workaround:
We went to Teams Admin Center > Manage Teams > (Squad name) > Channels > Private channel (one of the ones that was not working) > Add together Fellow member > (the admin) > then on the previous page promote the admin as an possessor.
Afterward a infinitesimal or 2 the private channel should be accessible to you in the Teams web and desk application, and so the other users should be able to upload files to it.
What's however unclear is why this occurs, and how to go far conduct properly in the future without the need to assign a different user possessor permissions. The team and private channels had already been created for over a week so I can be sure information technology'southward not a typical propagation event. If you have any more info on it I greatly capeesh it!

Hello @AaronCohoon, we are having a similar trouble where some of the owners of a individual channel are not able to access files, just when I change the owner to fellow member and back to possessor again they were able to view the files and this does not happen for every private aqueduct. Tin anyone tell why this is happening and how this can exist solved ? Whatever assist on this is appreciated.
